You embed the Microsoft Windows Media Player ActiveX control in two separate Web pages. You exit from full-screen mode on the first instance of the control. In this scenario, you cannot enter full-screen mode on the second instance of the control. Additionally, the full-screen controls and mouse pointer may not correctly hide when you use full-screen mode in Windows Media Player ActiveX control version 10. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Windows Media Player ActiveX control does not correctly reset when you exit full-screen mode and you use multiple instances of the control. RESOLUTIONA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
