When you try to install Microsoft Windows Media Center Extender for Windows XP Media Center, you receive the following error message when you run the Windows Media Center Extender Setup program: You receive this error message if McAfee Privacy Service was installed before you tried to install Windows Media Center Extender.

Note You receive this error message on the computer that you are using.

If you install McAfee Privacy Service after you set up a Windows Media Center Extender on a Windows Media Center-based computer, you cannot establish a connection between the Windows Media Center Extender and the Windows Media Center-based computer. On the Xbox 360 console, you may receive the following error message:
