When you print your contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2002, a contact may print multiple times.
This behavior may occur when the following conditions are true:
- The contact belongs to multiple categories.
- The Expand/collapse defaults option is set to All expanded.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Start Outlook 2002.
- Click Contacts.
- In the Navigation pane, click the view that you want to use when you print the contact under Current View.
- On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View.
- Click Group By.
- In the Expand/collapse defaults list, click As last viewed.
- Click OK to close the Group By dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Customize View dialog box.
