You may experience a long delay before the "Choose Form" dialog box is displayed in Outlook 2003

When you open the Choose Form dialog box in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you may experience a long delay before the Choose Form dialog box is displayed.

Note To open the Choose Form dialog box, perform one of the following actions:

• On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form.
• On the Tools menu, point to Forms, and then click Choose Form.

This behavior occurs when Outlook 2003 crawls many folders in your mailbox store.

How to obtain the hotfix
