This presentation discusses what to consider when you upgrade and how to upgrade from Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services to Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. This presentation discusses the typical Reporting Services deployment scenarios, how each deployment scenario is affected by the upgrade, and how you affect the upgrade if you customize a deployment scenario. This presentation discusses when to upgrade and when to migrate to SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. This presentation provides an upgrade demonstration. Also, this presentation describes how to use the Reporting Services Configuration tool during the upgrade.

Lukasz Pawlowski is a Program Manager in SQL Server Reporting Services. Lukasz is responsible for the server component of SQL Server Reporting Services and for SQL Server Notification Services. Lukasz has worked with Reporting Services for over four years.
