Error message when you install Zoo Tycoon 2 or Age of Empires III: "You must accept the EULA in order to play"

When you install Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 or Microsoft Age of Empires III, you may receive the following error message immediately after the installation is complete:

This issue may occur in either of the following scenarios:

• You have Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 installed, and then you install Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species in a language that differs from your original Zoo Tycoon 2 installation. For example, you install the English version of Zoo Tycoon 2, and then you try to install the German version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species.
• The Zoo Tycoon 2 or Age of Empires III End User License Agreement (EULA) is not located in the appropriate folder for the game.

To resolve this issue, follow steps for your product.

Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species

To resolve this issue, purchase and install the same language version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species as your original Zoo Tycoon 2 installation. To purchase the English version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection

1. Hold down the SHIFT key while you insert disk 1.
2. If you are using a Windows Vista-based computer, click Start

   , and then click Computer.
   
   If you are using a Windows XP-based computer, click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
3. Right-click the CD or DVD icon for the Zoo Tycoon 2 disc, and then click Open.
4. Double-click the Files folder.
5. Right-click the Eula.rtf file, and then click Copy.
6. Locate the Zoo Tycoon 2 folder. This default location for this folder is the following:
   <your hard disk drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2
7. Right-click an empty area in the folder, and then click Paste.
8. Start Zoo Tycoon 2.

Age of Empires III

1. Hold down the SHIFT key while you insert disk 1.
