SYMPTOMS

When you try to save a customizable form that is part of a Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-based application, you may receive an ArgumentNullException exception. This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • The form’s properties are inherited from a parent form.
  • The Localizable property of the child form is set to "True."
You may be able to save the form again without any data loss, but in some cases, the controls on the form may disappear.
