SYMPTOMS

When you run a report in the French version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you receive the following error message:

The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when the version of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) that is used with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 is not the English version.
