Windows XP Photo Printing Wizard displays images that you do not want to print

When you print images from e-mail attachments or from Web pages by using the Microsoft Windows XP Photo Printing Wizard, the Photo Printing Wizard displays images that you do not want to print.

This problem occurs when offline image files are saved on your computer. These image files may have been saved if you synchronized a Web site so that it is available for offline viewing. The Photo Printing Wizard automatically displays all the images that are located in the same folder as the image that you want to print. Therefore, images from e-mail attachments or from Web pages are saved in the same folder as images from the Web site that you synchronized for offline viewing.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab, and then click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.
4. Click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
