You configure disk quotas on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer. However, when a user reaches or exceeds the quota limit, the following event is logged in the System log:
Event Type: Information Event Source: Ntfs Event Category: Disk Event ID: 37 Date: Date Time: Time User: User_Name Computer: Computer_Name Description: A user hit their quota limit on volume Drive_Letter: Note When you view the quota entry in the Quota Entries window, the entry is correctly listed as a warning. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem is partially corrected in Windows Server 2003 R2.
