On This PageSYMPTOMSYou use Outlook Web Access on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. When you create a recurring appointment, the last instance of the series is not seen. Additionally, the last instance of the series is not seen when you accept a similar recurring appointment by using Outlook Web Access, the Auto Accept Agent, or a CDO program. This problem occurs when all the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use the End after x occurrences option when you create the recurring appointment, where x is any numeral. Do this instead of using the End by option. In Microsoft Outlook, this option is available in the Task Recurrence dialog box, under the Range of Recurrence section.
