Duplicate appointments appear in Outlook 2003 when you synchronize with a Palm Treo 650 handheld computer

When you synchronize with a Palm Treo 650 handheld computer, duplicate appointments appear in the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 calendar.

This issue may occur if the HotSync program is configured to synchronize the calendar by using both the wireless connection and the wired connection.

To resolve this issue, choose only the wireless connection or the wired connection in the HotSync program. To prevent duplicate appointments, click Do nothing for the connection that you do not use.
