SYMPTOMS

An IBM DB2 program that is running on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer stops responding. This problem occurs if the computer is running in Terminal Services mode.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because of a DLL (Tsappcmp.dll) that causes heap corruption in the DB2 program.

RESOLUTION

Service pack information

STATUS
