FIX: When you try to use a hard disk drive that is larger than 128 GB on a Windows CE 5.0-based device, you only see a 128 GB hard disk drive in the BIOS
When you try to use a hard disk drive (HDD) that is larger than 128 gigabytes (GB) on a Microsoft Windows CE 5.0-based device, you only see a 128 GB HDD in the BIOS when the device starts.

Restart requirement
After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole operating system. To clean the operating system, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the operating system, click Build Platform on the Build menu. You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this update.
