SYMPTOMSWhen you try to save or to close an appointment in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, you may receive the following error messages. Error message 1 An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator. Error code: 0x80040216. OK General failure in scheduling engine. Ignore and Save or Cancel. Update Rollup 1 is available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Note If you still receive the error messages after you install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 1, verify that the Status Reason (statuscode) field was not removed from the Appointment form during form customization. If the field was removed, you must add the field back to the Appointment form. You can position the field anywhere on the form. The field does not have to be on the main tab. | Article Translations
