SYMPTOMSAfter you delete a contact in Microsoft Office Groove 2007 and in earlier versions of Groove, the contact may still appear in the Known Groove Users list. CAUSEThis issue occurs when one of the following conditions is true:
MORE INFORMATIONIn Groove Workspace 2.1 and in earlier versions of Groove Workspace, you cannot change the Known Groove Users list. In Groove Workspace 2.5 and in later versions of Groove, the contact will no longer appear in the Known Groove Users list if you perform the following actions:
