原因

大多数情况下，这些症状是由损坏的通讯簿导致的。通常，在旧版本的 Outlook Express 中创建的通讯簿随着时间的推移会出现损坏。较早版本的 Outlook Express 不能检测出这种损坏，因而通讯簿的功能不会受到影响。安装累积安全更新 911567 后，Outlook Express 会检查每个通讯簿文件是否损坏。如果 Outlook Express 检测到损坏，您将收到错误消息。

应用这些更改后，将旧 .wab 文件中包含的所有联系人导入所创建的新配置文件中。.wab 文件中包含的所有联系人都将导入到新的配置文件中。在导入过程中，无法识别文件夹。因此，所有联系人都导入到配置文件中。如果有共享组，则将这些组导入配置文件中。

注意：该解决方案不适用于运行 Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4) 的计算机上的 Outlook Express 5.5 Service Pack 2 (SP2)。 Microsoft 正在研究此问题，并且将在获得更多信息之后在本文中添加这些信息。
