After you install update 917347, RTF documents that are created from other RTF editors may open in Word. However, these documents may be missing inserted graphics. Note Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem. We are currently investigating it. You may be able to resolve the missing graphics problem on a system that was not updated with update 917347. To do this, follow these steps:
