RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel to remove the Word 2003 Redaction Add-in version 1.1. Then, download and install the Word 2003 Redaction Add-in version 1.2. Step 1: Remove the Word 2003 Redaction Add-in version 1.1
