Or, if you view the presentation in print preview, the header text and the footer text may appear. This behavior may occur even if you did not select the Header check box or the Footer check box on the Notes and Handouts tab of the Header and Footer dialog box. CAUSEThis behavior may occur if you added the header text and the footer text in the Handout Master view. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Delete the header text and the footer text from the "Header and Footer" dialog box in print preview
Method 2: Clear the Header check box and the Footer check box in the Handout Master view
