A description or a ToolTip does not appear with the icons in a content slide in PowerPoint 2007

SYMPTOMS

When you add a content slide to a presentation in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, a description or a ToolTip does not appear with the icons in the Click icon to add content section in the slide.

In a new content slide, you can use any one of the six icons in the Click icon to add content section to add content to the slide. However, when you move the pointer over any one of these icons, a description or a ToolTip does not appear to describe the purpose of these icons.
