SYMPTOMSWhen you use Office Genuine Advantage to validate your copy of Microsoft Office 2003 or Microsoft Office XP, you receive one of the following error messages: Validation Failed. 0x8018103 CAUSEThis problem may occur when a blocked or an invalid Office product key is used.
