To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
Verify that the computer name is present on the computer. To do this, follow these steps:
Right-click My Computer on the desktop, and then click Properties.
On the Computer Name tab, click Change.
Verify that the computer name is present in the Computer name box.
If the computer name is not present, type the computer name in the Computer name box, and then click OK two times.
Verify that the Hostname and NV Hostname registry entries contain the computer name. To do this, follow these steps:
