SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
You use the Remote Desktop Web Connection ActiveX control on a client computer to connect to a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based server that has Terminal Server enabled.
You use a screen resolution setting that is higher than 1600 by 1200 pixels for the Remote Desktop Web Connection ActiveX control.
In this scenario, you cannot connect to the Windows Server 2003-based terminal server.

Note You can use a screen resolution setting that is higher than 1600 by 1200 pixels to connect to a Microsoft Windows 2000-based terminal server.

To resolve this issue, apply the following hotfix on the Windows Server 2003-based terminal server.

STATUS
