The dialog box that appears when you click the "Select Multiple Objects" icon is empty in PowerPoint 2007 and in Excel 2007

In Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, you customize the Quick Access Toolbar to include the Select Multiple Objects icon. However, when you click the Select Multiple Objects icon, the dialog box that appears is empty.

To work around this issue in PowerPoint 2007, click Select in the Editing group on the Home tab. Then, click Selection Pane.

To work around this issue in Excel 2007, click Selection Pane in the Arrange group on the Page Layout tab.
