In Microsoft Office Excel 2007, in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, or in Microsoft Office Word 2007, you click Send on the Office menu. When you do this, you experience one of the following symptoms:
This issue may occur when Microsoft Outlook is not installed on the computer.
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Change the default e-mail program to OutlookTo have us change the the default e-mail program to Outlook for you, go to the "Fix it for me" section. To change the default e-mail program to Outlook yourself, go to the "Let me fix it myself" section.

Method 3: Send the file as an attachment from your e-mail programAs a workaround, you can attach the Office file to your message from your e-mail program by browsing to the file location.
Versions of Microsoft Office that are earlier than Microsoft Office 2003 use both the registry and the Win.ini file for MAPI information. Office 2003 and later versions of Office use only the registry for MAPI information.
