The records that are associated to a child account do not appear when you set the "Include" option to "This Record Only," to "Related Records," or to "All Affiliated Records" in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

SYMPTOMS

When you set the Include option to This Record Only, to Related Records, or to All Affiliated Records, the records that are associated to a child account do not appear. This problem occurs when you open an account in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

This problem affects the following types of records:
  • Activities
  • Cases
  • Contracts
  • Invoices
  • Opportunities
  • Orders
  • Quotes

RESOLUTION
