SYMPTOMSWhen you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access to access your mailbox on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 server that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, you receive the following error message: The Page Cannot Be Displayed . . . Cannot Find Server or DNS Error Event 1 Event Type: Error Event Type: Warning Event Type: Error CAUSEThis problem occurs when the version of the Asp.dll file does not match the version of other Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) files. The Asp.dll file has a version number of 6.0.3790.1830, the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) version number, instead of version number of 6.0.3790.0, the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 version number. This problem may occur if one of the following conditions is true:
