SYMPTOMSAfter you install hotfix 912153, you cannot create follow-up activities from an activity form. Additionally, the owner of the associated record is not the current user. The owner of the associated record is the user who is listed in the FROM field and in the SENDER field of follow-up activities that are created from non-activity forms. Non-activity forms include the Contact form and the Account form. When you create a follow-up campaign response activity or a follow-up service activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Customer field is not automatically populated with the originating account name
