Event ID 40 errors and error code 0x80041002 in Windows Server 2003 when you install Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server

When you install Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you may receive two warning events that reference Event ID 40. Additionally, you may receive a 0x80041002 error code.
