FIX: The attachment is stored as an unmanaged link when the file contains an Italian umlaut (à) in Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 Service Pack 2 and in Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 Service Pack 1a
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the incorrect Nrdhtml.cab file is included in the hotfix that is described in Knowledge Base article 913706. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. WORKAROUNDIf you have an additional computer that is running Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 with Service Pack 2, you can check the version of the Nrdhtml.dll file. If the version of the Nrdhtml.dll file is 5.0.5054.0, you can copy the Nrdhtml.cab file to the computer that has the hotfix for Knowledge Base article 913706 installed. To check the version of the Drhtml.dll file, follow these steps:
