SYMPTOMS

When you try to install Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Edition version 10.0.1.622, or when you try to start this program after you install it, the Program Compatibility Assistant dialog box appears. This dialog box contains a message that states that the program has compatibility issues with the operating system. Therefore, you cannot install or run Symantec Antivirus Enterprise Edition.

You experience this problem if you are running one of the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows Vista Beta 2, 32-bit x86 editions
Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 32-bit x86 edition
