SYMPTOMSWhen you download an update from a Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer, the update may fail. Additionally, a red X may appear adjacent to the update. In this case, you receive the following error code:

Step 2: Restart the Automatic Updates service
Step 3: Add the Primary DNS suffix
