INTRODUCTION

Microsoft Business Portal 3.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is now available. This article contains information about how to obtain and install Microsoft Business Portal 3.0 SP1. This article also contains a list of the documented problems that are fixed in this service pack.

Prerequisites

Before you install this service pack, follow these steps:
  1. Perform a backup in Microsoft SQL Server of all Microsoft Dynamics GP databases.
  2. Perform a backup in SQL Server of the Configuration and Content SharePoint databases.
  3. Have all users exit Microsoft Business Portal 3.0.

Removal information

You cannot remove this service pack.

Restart requirement

No restart is required.

The English version of this service pack has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
