Fixes

The following issues are fixed in Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 Service Pack 3. These issues were not previously documented in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

• When you try to reconcile a checking account or an American Express account, you receive a Dr. Watson error.
• A memo does not print on a check unless a line item has been entered in the Products and Services pane.
• When you try to import an .ofx file, you receive a Dr. Watson error.
• The Transaction Detail by Tax Code report excludes the sale amount of taxable kits.
• When you try to switch companies when you view a sales order list in one company, you receive a Dr. Watson error.

Added features

The following features are added in Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 Service Pack 3:

• A Billable Not Invoiced view is added to the Time Entry List window.
• A user who has SysAdmin rights to the Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) server can now perform all administrative functions in Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting. However, if this user does not have administrative rights to the local computer, he or she cannot perform administrative functions in Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting.
