Check that you have a network connection and that the Team Foundation Server is available. If the problem persists, contact your Team Foundation Server administrator. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the converter takes more time to convert the repository than the standard Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) application pool worker process recycling setting. In this scenario, Web services are restarted, and the converter cannot connect to the Visual Studio Team Foundation Server. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
