Error message after you disconnect a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers: "An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality"

You disconnect a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers Client from the network. You exit and then restart Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. After you do this, the Outlook toolbar does not open. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
