The hotfix that is discussed in this article is not available for the Chinese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or for the Japanese version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On This PageSYMPTOMS You disconnect a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition for Service Providers Client from the network. You exit and then restart Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. After you do this, the Outlook toolbar does not open. Additionally, you receive the following error message: An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality. Try restarting Microsoft Outlook. Contact your system administrator if errors persist. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
