SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. You open an Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 mailbox for the first time by using Outlook Web Access. The Outlook Web Access client language is set to Spanish. In this scenario, the following default folders are incorrectly displayed in English instead of in Spanish:
Inbox
Deleted Items
Sent Items
Outbox

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
