Article ID:922126

Revision:1.1

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
You create a browser-compatible Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 form that contains a Hyperlink control.
You bind the display value of the Hyperlink control to a data entry control. For example, you bind the display value of the Hyperlink control to a Text Box control.
You publish the form to a computer that is running Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007.
In this scenario, you experience the following symptoms:
When you open the form by using Microsoft Internet Explorer and then type a long text string in the data entry control, the generated hyperlink wraps as expected.
When you open the form by using Mozilla Firefox and then type a long text string in the data entry control, the generated hyperlink does not wrap as expected. Instead, the generated hyperlink extends over the adjacent controls on the form.
You expect the generated hyperlink to wrap correctly in all supported Web browser applications.

Note This problem does not occur if the text string contains spaces. In this situation, the generated hyperlink wraps correctly in Mozilla Firefox.
