Microsoft has released the Microsoft Exchange Server Disaster Recovery Analyzer tool for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. If you are an administrator, you can use this tool to troubleshoot issues that occur when you try to mount a database. The Exchange Server Disaster Recovery Analyzer tool collects configuration data and header information from databases and from transaction log files programmatically. The tool analyzes all headers. Then, the tool creates a detailed report that explains the problem and how to resolve it.
