When you try to load a Microsoft Visual Studio project file by using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team System Performance Profiler, you may receive the following error message:
Additionally, Visual Studio 2005 cannot load the .vsp file.
Failed to load view 0 with error ‘Value was either too large or too small for an Int64’
Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Visual Studio 2005 service pack that contains this hotfix.
