SYMPTOMS

When you use the Advanced Find feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, one of the following symptoms may occur:
  • When you search for words that are contained in the Key Words box in the Sales Literature entity, nothing is returned in the results.
  • When you search for the Business Units entity, you cannot search based on the Division field.

Note You can search based on the Division field only by using Advanced Find. This fix does not let you add the Division field to the views as a column in Advanced Find or in Quick Find.
