Property information is missing from the "[Entity] Properties" dialog box when you try to view the properties of an entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

SYMPTOMS

You create one of the following entities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0:
  • A customer relationship
  • A campaign
  • A quick campaign
  • An opportunity relationship
When you open the Entity Properties dialog box to view the properties of the entity, the information about the following properties is missing:
  • Created By
  • Created On
  • Last Modified By
  • Last Modified On
