In Microsoft Publisher 2007, you can use the Multiple pages per sheet option in the Create New Page Size dialog box to set the layout so that multiple small pages appear on a single sheet of paper. When you do this, you set the size of individual pages.

On the other hand, the Multiple copies per sheet option is typically set in the Print dialog box in Publisher. When you use this option, the smaller pages that you set in the Create New Page Size dialog box are all printed on one sheet. You can also set the Print dialog box to One page per sheet to have the printer print small pages that are each centered on a single sheet of paper.
