Expand all | Collapse all

INTRODUCTION

This article describes how the Multiple pages per sheet option in the Custom Page Size dialog box relates to the Multiple copies per sheet printing option in the Print Setup dialog box in Microsoft Office Publisher 2007.

MORE INFORMATION

You use the Multiple pages per sheet option in the Custom Page Size dialog box to set the layout so that multiple small pages appear on a single sheet of paper. This process sets the individual page size.

By default, the Print Setup dialog box is set to Multiple copies per sheet. Therefore, the printing option is configured so that these smaller pages are all printed on one sheet.

Alternatively, you can set the printing option to One page per sheet. When you do this, the printer prints small pages that are centered on a sheet of paper.
