SYMPTOMS

When you try to open a form in the browser, you receive the following error message:
The form template cannot be rendered in the browser because session state isn't enabled.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because a Shared Services Provider (SSP) has not been created. Therefore, the Session State Service is not available.

Note To make the forms open and work in the browser, you must create and configure an SSP.
