Help is not available for the Reports folder in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook

SYMPTOMS

When you try to access Help for the Reports folder in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook, Help is not available. In addition, you receive the following error message:
Help on the requested page could not be found.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Update Rollup 2. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

  1. In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook, click CRM in the Reports folder,
  2. On the toolbar, click Help, and then click Help on This Page.
