You use Microsoft Antigen 9.0 for Exchange in your organization. When you try to send an e-mail message that includes disclaimer text, the AntigenInternet.exe process stops responding. Additionally, you may receive "exceeded Internet time-out" errors.
This problem occurs if the disclaimer text that the e-mail message includes contains characters from a code page that is not present on the computer.
