FIX: You cannot store files on the flash file system in Microsoft Windows CE 5.0

Consider the following scenario:

• You store files in the Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 flash file system until the flash file system is almost full.
• You delete all the files in the flash file system.
• You repeat the store action and delete action several times.

In this case, the compactor thread of the flash file system may stop. When this problem occurs, you cannot store files on the flash file system until the flash file system is restarted.
