Issue noticed when : THERE IS NO SSL enabled.
RESOLUTIONChanging the Networks to ‘My ISP” in the Device resolved the issue =>Verify the ISP Provider on Device & change it to "My ISP" with steps as: =>On Device: Start--Settings--Connections--Connections --Advanced--Select Networks-"Programs that automatically connect to the Internet should connect using" --Here, The Option would be: ‘Cingular". It should be "My ISP" =>Change it to "My ISP". Click OK DISCLAIMER
