ERROR MESSAGE (If applicable): Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or
deleted, or access was denied. ENVIRONMENT: Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1 CAUSEWe discovered that the working folder for email conversion was located on a
slow/busy drive.
RESOLUTIONFollowed the steps in KB822936 to move the working folder to a different disk.
